After Storm

Brussels' old cars

Being a fan of retro cars, I always take photos of the ones I cross with. Look what I found until now!

1. Citroen DS (Deesse or Godess) was produced between 1955 and 1975. 1.5 million Citroen DS were sold.

2. An Alfa Romeo Spider

3. A Fiat 500

Parc du Cinquantenaire

When there is a sunny day in Brussel, people go to parcs, eat icecream and gauffres (waffles) and make their best to enjoy the most the sunny weather... As most of the time is rainy.
Here, have a glance at Parc du Cinquantenaire.
The parc is near Schuman Rond Point, near to the european institutions and to the european quartier in Brussel. Parc du Cinquantenaire was built to celebrate 50 years of royalty in Belgium. Here, there are museums:
Royal Museum of Art and History, Royal Museum of Army and Military History and Autoworld Brussels, where you can see a history of the automobile, in 400 exponats, that are part of Ghislain Mahy collection.
